Have you seen this creature?

A new threat has arisen; evasive, intelligent and deadly. His main targets seem to be hospitals where dozens of organs can be procured. Every time, he meets his quota and any excess need not be kept alive. This is how he manages to keep his identity hidden: anyone who has encountered this monster has yet to live to tell the tale. Some call him a Surgeon; others, a Reaper. But to most, he is known as Dr. Death.
